When i cough hard i throw up! lol

So I'm 3 months post op and my sleeve is very small I was told 90% of my stomach was removed. Interesting I have bronchitis is get it every year what's new is that when I cough hard I throw up ???? I first I was disgusted now I just laugh lol and once I throw up it keeps going on all day . My brother thinks I'm disgusting we were out shopping I had to run out of the store. Mjust wanted to share lol

    Yup. Happens to me, too. It gets better. Try cutting your amount of food in half and then adding a bit back at a time. Sounds like you are swallowing a lot of air with a full tummy.

I do swallow a lot of air I eat slow also but it still happens a lot.

Are you drinking before/during/after eating? Liquids make me vomit if I have them too close.

I drink 30 min before and I wait 30 to 45 min after I eat.

I was like that pre-op. I can only imagine post-op. I feel for you.
