I have posted this elsewhere. Is there any chance you are having post nasal drip from allergies? Post nasal drip running down my throat and filling my stomach leaves me feeling "hungry". Prior to restarting my antihistamines I was having a terrible problem with unquenchable "hunger" that was not hunger at all. Try some Claritin if you can.

While I havent been sleeved yet, I read on here from someone that acid reflux can cause hunger symptoms. Have you discontinued your acid reflux meds? If you have, maybe try using them again and see if it helps.

I too am 4 months post op and I eat 4-5 times a day which turns out to be every 3-4 hours. I don't know about you but I can't hold too much food at one time. I think it makes sense that if we only eat 200 calories at a time or less, then we will get hungry that much sooner.

I aim for 60 gms of Protein as the mininum every day but most days it takes me 2 shakes to hit that amount.
