Cute shower cap! :) Thanks for the encouraging post. I start my pre-op diet in a few weeks and need the motivation. Glad to see that you're doing well!

I'm not even going to try to kid you, the pre-op diet sucks, but most people see some major weight loss. Each and every step you take right now is leading you to a better, healthier and happier you. I know that the 114 pounds I have lost all started with my little pre-op diet so many years ago. And it's another milestone that you are passing, I think the youtube videos are a great idea! I did a written journal, with some pics at major goals, but nothing on video.

Thanks for posting blog and video! I haven't been sleeved yet, but so looking foward to it and your posts help. Keep up the good work!

Follow my progress though ill most likely have my journey to the hospital being recorded....nd when i get there...when i get in my bed and etc....and ofcourse after... and your welcome im actually about to record my workout :-)

Way to go! I've found the same results with my liquid diet too. I started on the 26th, and get my sleeve on the 9th. I think I can feel my liver shrinking. LOL! It's not easy at the beginning, but it does get easier as you go along.
