So hey guys i woke up this morning sooooo happy....why because when i hoped on that scale i am now 235.6 befor i started my preop diet i was 252 and starting my preop diet i was 245 i lost 10lbs in 4 days .....4DAYYSSSS IM NOT EVEN SLEEVED YET!!!! I JUST THEOUGHT I SHOULD SHARE IT WITH MY SLEEVE FAM.....

Way to go! I've found the same results with my liquid diet too. I started on the 26th, and get my sleeve on the 9th. I think I can feel my liver shrinking. LOL! It's not easy at the beginning, but it does get easier as you go along.

I just hope my liver is shrinking
