First Post-Op Appt. This Monday Dec 2Nd 2013

Just had surgery on Friday Nov 22nd 2013, n 2wk prior to surgery i had to go on a protein diet which my weight was at 193lbs n by the 22nd I was weighing 188lbs .

Now at exactly 1wk i weighed myself this morning Nov 30th n I am at 174lbs. I am so excited! Looking foward to more
