Did anyone have a hard time loosing the last 5-10lbs? If so what did you do to help loose them? I have 5lbs to go to reach my weigh goal of 120lbs from 197lbs. I need help advice

I have 6lbs more to loose before reaching my weigh goal but it seems like I am in a stall... -
I have the same problem. I get like a burning pain just a bit below my bra line as well n I massage it or put a warm patch n the pain minimizes but its almost an everyday thing. I will ask my dr on may 25th n see what he says. Will keep u guys posted

Weigh from 3/21/2014 140lbs from 197lbs since surgery on November 22, 2013. I am 20lbs away from my weigh goal -
I am down 55lbs currently experiencing back problems. My upper part of my back hurts that I must lay down to soothe the pain. When I was overweight i hardly ever had these problem n now I pretty much experience it almost everyday. Has anyone had problems like this after surgery?

Oh ok UK-Molly that makes sense. I do notice my husband always telling me to stop hunching my back n to stand straight....lol so that might be my problem posture. Do u think I should wear a girdle to help with my posture?

Who knows the stages of gastric bypass example: mood swings, regret, hormonal and so on. I need to understand a few feelings that I am going through.

Same here, had my surgery Nov 22nd 2013. N for Thanksgiving I slept most of the day -
I had it doned due to sleep apnea with an RDI of 13 n a BMI of 35 it all depends on ur insurance rules. I have Tricare/unitedhealthcaremilitary n they covered it for me 100%

I have develop a full body rash about 30mins ago n I am not sure if I can drink Benadryl cause I cant find it on the prohibited medicine list for gastricbypassers

Omg it was all over my body, even my scalp. I think it was cause by a sweater that was sitting in my drawer for so long n i wore it to go to the store n while i was wearing it i began to get itchy everywhere. So like at midnight i received a call from my dr authorizing benadryl n ro go see him later on the day. -

I seem to not be loosing weight lately but I know I am for sure loosing inches most of my clothe wouldn't fit before surgery n now 3 wks after i am fitting into them little by little n some are actually fitting to loose, but I still refuse to go clothe shopping. I won't buy clothe til i teach my goal weight of 130 or 120lbs.

Am 3wks post ops n I am going through a really rough patch right now, i can't take my Vitamins, i am tired of stage 2 foods i feel like I want to eat everything in front of me. i am so fustrated. P/S i need people to help me boost up not people to critize me or judge me please. So if u r ready to attack me just exit my thread. I need help!!!
