I totally get it. Every time I hit a stall or a little gain like that I would think "oh my God this is it...my body is done losing". but then it would pick up again...lol I have been dancing up and down with the same 5 lbs for a month and have just started going down again. Patience is a virtue in this new life :) Just keep doing the right things, maybe track and see if there's something you can chance, otherwise, chill and enjoy the ride, because even when the scale isn't making you happy, your body is shrinking...it's pretty damn cool.

Only time I've gained weight is when I stopped eating enough calories and my body started hoarding

I think it was the Desserts on thanksgiving- I knew I shouldn't have eaten em!

Sometimes I think I've reached my total weight loss but remind myself I am only 3 months out and still have some ways to go-

Just trying to take it day by day-

Your all so true, I was sleeved 7/31 down 60lbs and loving it but I do freak out when the scale go's up a pound but your right your body is still shrinking.

I do have a question for anyone and a concern, The Doc says to eat 6 to 8 times a day and but don't graze.

What is the difference in grazing and eating 8 times a day??
