  1. Your all so true, I was sleeved 7/31 down 60lbs and loving it but I do freak out when the scale go's up a pound but your right your body is still shrinking. I do have a question for anyone and a concern, The Doc says to eat 6 to 8 times a day and but don't graze. What is the difference in grazing and eating 8 times a day??
  2. Hi I went thru the whole program, I believe the meeting with the Doctor is to get referred to the options classes, The reason I got referred is because I had sleep apnea. The options class was a great thing to help you understand everything.
  3. Funny you asked, yesterday I was wondering what was the best thing for Protein and I Googled a site that had the top 11 choices for protein, and here is what it said about Peanut Butter .. 11. Peanut Butter 2 Tablespoons = 8 Grams of Protein Eating peanut butter is perhaps the easiest (and most delicious) way to up the amount of healthy protein in your diet.. You can add peanut butter to so many things (wraps, sandwiches, vegetables etc) but for those of you with little time to prepare healthy meals, simply consuming to spoonfuls of this delicious spread straight from the spoon will give you a whopping 16 ounces of healthy protein for the day.
  4. I know they say no alcohol but I do have glass of red wine every once in a while.
  5. Hey thats great, im loosing in inches also but im like you m diving myself crazy!! I keep saying I am not going to weigh myself today but that darn scale keeps calling me..Thats great about your daughter sounds like she is doing good, you say shes down 60lbs in 4 months and see your 23lbs in less than 1 month.
