My surgery is December 4th and I also am feeling anxious. Started my pre-op diet last week, it's not easy so I'm very eager to just get this over too!

I have a two week liquid diet that consist of Protein shakes and applesauce or Jello that is it. I sure hope that I can stick to it. Thanks for letting me know about the other post Lambert. What is do you have to do for your liquid diets?

My pre-op diet is 3 shakes a day using the Bariatric Advantage brand, and one frozen meal under 300 calories. I can also have fresh veggies, chicken broth and sugar free Jello. I'm on my 9th day and have dropped 9 lbs. It's not easy, and maybe even more so living in a house where everyone else is eating what they want but I'm just keeping my eyes on the prize!

My surgery date is 11 December. I started my pre-op diet on the 27th. I was trying for the sleeve but my insurance would not cover this "new" procedure. I am actually looking forward to my surgery as I have battled with my weight for the past 31 years

Mine is a shake for Breakfast and lunch. With lunch I get a small piece of fruit. dinner is 4 oz lean meat and 1 cup veggies. Can have sugar free popsicles and jello!
