  9. Hi Ladies, everything you are saying is right. I stay out of the kitchen late at night too, but the T.V. thing while eating I have to work on. I like the tips you guys are giving out. My surgery is December 16, 7:30am
  10. I am small on the lower half now before surgery. Where, how, and when should/ would I begin to research the butt topic? I have never had a back end and when I loose this weight its going bye bye. This is sometime I have always wanted all of my life. I would appreciate some help if you know of some procedures that could help me. I saw on Youtube; a woman with butt implants that wasn't done right and could she flip them around it horrified me so bad. I just thought that I would be "Butt-less in Minnesota". I rather have no butt than to risk that. LOL, LOL LOL.
  11. I have a two week liquid diet that consist of Protein shakes and applesauce or Jello that is it. I sure hope that I can stick to it. Thanks for letting me know about the other post Lambert. What is do you have to do for your liquid diets?

  13. I had a ton of abnormal paps for years. I had heavy periods all my life and I told them this. So 2009 I had a hysterectomy because of fibroids. That's what those abnormal results ended up meaning for me. Have them check you for pre menopausal conditions. I am sure you are fine for now. Good luck i
  14. Is this for your health. Yes, then do you Boo. Loving yourself from the grave is not cool. Do what you know is right. That is taking care of you.

  17. You can do it. I don't know the big either, but you can do it. Ask yourself how bad do you want it. Then there is your answer. Sending you much love.... Don't give up.
  18. This is normal of any life altering circumstance. Don't do this to yourself, you made the decision to make a healthy change. Please don't be afraid of being better. Envision want is ahead of you and go for it, you know you want it. Staying where you're at is unhealthy and not satisfying; if it was you would have never sought out help. We are with you. Each one of us will or have gone this way and will/came out just fine. Fear, fear itself. Not a happier and fulfilling life. This is your time please take full advantage of this opportunity you have been blessed with. Blessings....
  19. Sorry to hear about your mom I lost mine the week of Mother's Day this year as well. Welcome to this site; it is like therapy.
  20. That is the question.. I would like to know also. I look through youtube videos for someone that looks like me all the time. I don't want to lose nothing on the bottom at all. I have a short torso and look bulky on the top portion. Good luck and let me know if you figure this one out.
  21. Yes, hopefully under 200lbs. I have other issues that allow me use the surgery as a permanent tool of weight loss. I need to stay under weight for health reasons.
  22. Went in for my surgical consult and Nut. appt yesterday. I've met the requirement for insurance loss 11lbs. Nut is satified. Surgeon said I shouldn't lose anymore weight until the liquid diet. That I am expected to lose 15 to 20lbs and I will be under 200lbs. Yea for me but, there are a few more lab test and a gallbladder ultrasound to do. A few years ago they found a polyp he plan to remove my gallbladder also. I think it is great to get all those things Pre-Authorized before surgery. No surprises. I just went in for those labs today, and my primary will give me a referral for the ultrasound.Lastly, the pre- auth will be sent. I am hoping for a December surgery before Christmas.
  23. Hello guys. I decided to switch centers from Fairview to Abbott and my surgeon is Dr. Drew. I am going to my second appt on Wednesday, and I will meet with Dr Drew. Hope this helps.
