Had my six month appointment today. Everything went well. Said I need to take iron supplement as my iron was a little low but everything else was great. Check out my before and after pictures. The before was my first visit and the after was today at the appointment. Bmi was 44.8 now 31.2! Waist down 18 inches,hips down 12.5 and chest 14.5!! Feeling great!

Thanks everyone!!! I am so motivated to keep working hard at eating right and working out! The surgery has been such a blessing! Definitely feel like I'm living my life now and not sitting back watching.
