Surgery Wednesday!

I am having a tummy tuck and a breast augmentation November 27. I'm ready...not really nervous...just anticipating what recovery is going to be like. Any last minute advice??

  • Just wanted to give a quick update. I am 2.5 weeks out from surgery and everything is going really well. I've really had no pain and I am thrilled with my results so far. Love my flat stomach!

  • Here is an updated picture. This is the first year that I have ever looked forward to bathing suit season!

Things are going really well. I feel great. I still haven't gotten back into much exercise yet...I usually go to a boot camp class and my doctor wants me to wait about 12 weeks before going back.

Thank you! Good luck on your surgery Friday...I'm sure you will do great. The first few days are tough...make sure you rest, don't overdo it, eat healthy protein etc, and drink plenty of water.

You look Great!!!
