Surgery Wednesday!

I am having a tummy tuck and a breast augmentation November 27. I'm ready...not really nervous...just anticipating what recovery is going to be like. Any last minute advice??

      Just wanted to give a quick update. I am 2.5 weeks out from surgery and everything is going really well. I've really had no pain and I am thrilled with my results so far. Love my flat stomach!

      Surgery went well and overall I feel good just sore. Its difficult getting up and down but it's getting a little easier each time. I have no idea what I look like yet...doctor will remove bandages Mon

    Things are going really well. I feel great. I still haven't gotten back into much exercise yet...I usually go to a boot camp class and my doctor wants me to wait about 12 weeks before going back.

    Thank you! Good luck on your surgery Friday...I'm sure you will do great. The first few days are tough...make sure you rest, don't overdo it, eat healthy protein etc, and drink plenty of water.
