I am 5 days post op and still have the sanistrips on ny incisions. . I want to put neosporin on them but the strips haven't fallen off yet. How long do they take to come off? Any tips??

My surgeon told me to just let them fall off naturally. Don't rush it. You're only 5 days out. You'll have plenty of time to put creams, etc. on your incisions down the road.

Contact your surgeon's office if you are really concerned though.

I bought the bandages that have neosporin in them........ I'm five days out also.......

Just leave them be, they'll come off with time, typically between 2-3 weeks.
