Yes, agree with Elsnanny. Truly, of all options a cruise is best. You can order low carb meals ahead of time and they will knock themselves out to accommodate. You need to stay away from the midnight

I need some advice. Anyone has gone on a cruise so soon after surgery?
I don't know what I should be eating?
All I eat now is Greek yogurt, babybel, premier Protein, and some other protein drinks/bars.
I'm still not used to my sleeve and havent really been eating "real" food. The cruise is in a few weeks (about 4) and I'm starting to freak out a little.
