Gas Pains

Had my surgery at the end of October and have felt great. Today I had gas pains that it about made me sick. The only thing different that I had was sugar free hard candies. Has anyone had this from hard candies or can think of anything else that May have caused this?

Sugar free candies? That's most likely your culprit! The malitol is a serious gas and runs' producer for many.

Like everything, start small and test your reaction.
