new to the forum

Hi everyone,

I've had Lap band surgery -- about 3 months ago, Dec 20, 2006. I'm going in for my 2nd fill tomorrow (band adjustment) - and have lost about 35 pounds. I only have positive things to say about the surgery so far for those of you asking. It's a great tool, but just that - you still have to make good food choices and exercise.

Look forward to great conversations.

Welcome Carolann!

Glad you are having such great results from your banding. I too am VERY happy with mine. I am 11 months out at this point. Been on a plateau for awhile, the losing has really slowed down, but my body continues to change!! My body fat percentage has continued to drop, as have the inches, it is just the scale that keeps getting stuck!!!

Hang out, tell us all about yourself, we look forward to getting to know you!!

Welcome to LBT!
