  9. This is a great idea!!!!!!!! Sign me up.... Before my surgery, I was biking 3.5 miles every other day. However since my surgery just have not been motivated. Thanks for encouraging me to get back on the bike!!!
  10. Ladies- I was banded on February 13th, and had my first fill on March 14th. I am currently experiencing severe cramping due to my monthly visiter. Before my surgery, I never had an problems with my period. But for the past few days, I've had incredible pain. My doctor said that this is normal for the first couple of months, but I just wanted to see if anyone else experienced this. Any comments or suggestions are welcome. Thanks, Ashley

  12. Hi guys... I don't think I've posted anything on here in a while. During the first week on liquids I lost 15 pounds, before that I'd lost 7. So I'm down a total of 22, however since I've been back on solid foods, I gained 5 pounds... I've been very discouraged, and upset. I had my first fill on March 14th. I've been excerising, however, I'm still not losing weight. I've scheduled another fill for Monday...I don't feel any restriction. Does anyone feel this way??? Please help..
