Im getting ready to pick up my shakes in 30 min. Y'all pray for me. I will need the well, power and encouragement for these next couple of weeks

You can do it Linda!! The first few days was the hardest for me! But now I'm on day 9 and it's a lot easier!! Good luck!!

Thanks, Spicy. A girl in the pre-op class said the same thing today. She also said she had the runs from the shake. TMI right.

Linda The first 2 days if the pre-op diet were lets say CHALLENGING; however, once you get passed them it will be a breeze. Just keep yourself busy. I cleaned my apartment over and over. I detailed my car like 20 times. My goal was to get as healthy as I could for the surgery.

You can do it! Those first days make you crazy but it does get easier! I'm six days post and thinking back, the pre-op seemed worse to me. Hang in there!

You got this...lick everyone says. The first days are the hardest...but my advice would be to try and keep yourself busy. I know I want to eat when I'm bored and as long as I keep busy I don't even think about it.
