I know if I get hiccups its my soft stop signal, so maybe that's it

For me it means I have eaten too much..............

Chew better and longer, take more time between swallows...non banded people get hiccups too, for the same reasons...

It could mean different things for different people. For me it means I am eating too fast and not chewing enough.
