Have You Lost Without The Work Outs?

I have a condition that puts me in pain when I am put too much strain on my body. I can walk but not for too long and working out beyond that scares me...these are not problems caused by my obesity.

I know we should work out to maximize results but can we have a substantial loss with eating right alone??

I cannot currently work out. Most days I can go for walks, but not every day. Moat days I can stay active, but not all the time. I suspect this will hurt me in the long run, and I won't lose as much as people who can work out, but at 3 months, I've lost half my excess weight, and almost ALL the loss has come from fat, very little (5lbs out of 42) from muscle.

I'm waiting to be cleared. Probably 1-3 weeks, depending. I'm early enough that I'm losing fine.
