Hello,

I sale the wonderful products of Itworks! ..I had started using the wraps, pills and shakes before being banded and seen great results. My question is, can I start taking my pills again. I know the ingrediants will not hurt me (since they are all natural) but I am kinda worried about the size of the pill and the size of my band. (I was banded a week ago today)...

    invest in a pill cutter. I carry mine in my cosmetic bag. They are $5 at the drug store. But ask your dr before taking any supplements.... They may not be good for banded folks
