Are you speaking of protein powder that you add and make your own or premade??

My favorite is Premier ready made shakes. I buy mine at Kroger, but others say you can get at Costco and Sams.

I useUnjury protein powder for shakes. Chocolate splendor mixed with PB2 or banana, milk and ice make a great tasting shake. The Strawberry Sorbet flavor is also good. Many posters have talked about using unflavored protein powder and mixing with Torani flavored syrups for variety. For Ready to Drink. I use Premier Protein , which I get at Sam's Club.

Thanks for the information! !!

Dymatize whey protein cookies and cream

I bought Designer Whey. Really good and a lot of times you can get them on sale. Good luck:-)

I really like the Isopure powder. I have had both chocolate and mint chocolate chip. You can find them on amazon for much less than you can find them in stores. Unjury unflavored is also good to be used mixed in soups and such during the puréed diet stage.
