Juice (Apple, Grape, etc.)

Have been unable to find a juice that doesn't have a ton of sugar in it. I have tried Cran-Grape and it is good, but I wanted to see if anyone else was able to find a juice that was acceptable??

I believe that in order to keep this RNY successful you need to keep things changing so that you don't burn out and revert to old habits and bad choices. Thanks.

Juice is pretty much sugar and water....you can get light formulations that aren't as bad (I've done apple and orange) but still they have a fair amount of sugar. I'll take 2-3 swallows of my sons occasionally but I have dumping issues with simple carbs and juice gets me fast.

I drink diet snapple.. lemon tea. 10 calories. It dont say sugars in the nutrition facts. But i tolorate fine..like the diet cran-grape.

Walmart has great "light" apple juice. xiomara - I thought we couldn't have caffeine?

Thermo Im going to read the nutrition facts again.. i didnt read caffeine no where.. but ill doble check just in case.. thanks

I like Mott's light apple juice, just a small glass. Very refreshing. I loved cranberry and cran-cherry juice by Ocean Spray, but am not fond of their light versions.

I don't have issues with sugar and juice...but right after surgery my nut made me mix it half and half with water. If you put 1/2 water and apple juice and a bit of grape flavor enhancer....it tastes like grape juice. I know...I got way carried away with juice at first.

Juicy juice has no sugar added.

There are diet versions of Ocean Spray. I think they have 5 calories/cup. I like the cran-cherry.

Sugar doesn't effect me much. I still drink orange juice, though instead of a big glass I'll just drink a small amount. For the most part I try to stay away from juice.
