Probably a good thing to ask your Dr or NUT. I really cant remember when I started mine. Sorry~

My program doesn't have us starting ours until week 3. They said it's later because it's long enough that most people don't get sick from taking them.

Best to follow advice above..call and ask.

I don't take vitamins until after my post-op visit with my dr. I just had surgery on 11/1.

I've green taking chewable Vitamins since day 1.

I've been taking chewables twice a day and an iron pill once a day and then a B12 once a week since the day after my surgery. Per my Dr. I have to take the chewables with my protein drink or otherwise it makes me nauseated.
