Edamame

I have a bag of frozen edamame. I'm looking for suggestions on how to bake them for a snack.

  • So we don't bake them. We steam then in the microwave and then sprinkle with salt and nom them down.

I had some at a restaurant I need to try to make at home. Steamed, but then covered in crushed garlic and hot sesame oil. Omg! So yummy!

That's how everyone I know is, steam them in the nuker.

Ditto. One of my favorite snacks!

I love edamame...going to have to get bag of it and steam them. Glad we can have them...

My kids love edamame too. I steam them in the microwave and sprinkle a little soy sauce on them. We eat them while watching movies.

For a side dish, I take the shelled beans and steam them and toss with a little crumbled bacon and feta and just a little oil and vinegar. It's delicious.
