Heartburn

The past 3days I tried 3 sugar free drinks to have something other than water at first I thought it was because it was pink lemonade so I tried the fruit punch same heartburn just lessen all 4c brand btw than I tried crystal light fruit punch & had heartburn from last night til this morning I drank almond milk, ate plain greek yogurt & ate plain cottage cheese (that was yuck almost threw up) nothing worked I hope sipping on this protein shake helps if you know anything else that can help please let me know I don't see my doctor til nov 6 for my first post op visit

I have that already I didn't even think of that because I thought it was only for gas & no ppi

Warm drinks really go down easy, and were my saving grace in the beginning. Try some decaf hot tea?

I'm not a tea drinker literally I forced myself to drink tea pre op because I was trying to get rid of a cold before surgery
