Very little.

I'm close to the same amount of time post surgery as you. I still limit my carbs to as little as possible. Usually 2 pieces of wheat toast with Peanut Butter in the morning for Breakfast, and a scoop or so of potatoes or rice with dinner and that's it. I try to avoid Pasta unless it's of the wheat variety, and then just a small amount.

I was told 800 calories, 90 carbs, 22 fats, 60 proteins. This seems to vary a lot doctor to doctor.

Great ....thanks, i always stay inder 50 carbs, but now i would like to add oatmeal to my diet... thanks again.

It's different for everyone. I eat about 100 carbs a day but it's only 20% of my calories (2000).

Nate how many calories are you consuming?

I'm a big'un at 6'5. My Doc has me on a 1200 calories a day diet.
