Nov. 8 in Mexico. I go to Dr. Rodriguez. Fly out on 7th home on 10th. Nervous bout it. Start Protein on 28th.

I wish I could eat bars. Its a high Protein shake diet. I can also have sugar free popsicles Jello and low sodium broth

I can also have sf jello and popcicles. No broth though

Mine is Nov 14th. I don't have to do any special diets before. Just lite diet 3 days before and liquid the day before.

Belightweight in juarez at the embacy. Nice hospital.

Hope to video the trip. Not many youtubes about it. Maybe it will help others who plan their surgeries there.

11/15/13 Burbank, CA St Joseph Hospital

Just confirmed my surgery date yesterday and today my emotions are out if control from happy butterflies to crying.

Start pre-op diet Friday, 11/14. Going shopping to trader joes tmrw. It will be interesting having actual diet food before my eyes, thinking I will feel its official LOL!!
