I had a TT two years ago and used silicone sheets with much success. You have to look closely to see a scar.

For the sleeve scars I have been using silicone nipple covers. They are working great so far. I bought them on amazon for a couple of dollars a pair.

They are made from the same gel as are silicone sheets.

You can use them as soon as the skin is healed and there is no oozing or crusting at the site.

I'm 5 weeks out and using the silicone sheets. Based on my reasearch the best thing for scar healing is protecting them from drying out so the sheets work very well. I looked up mederma vs silicone sheets and the sheets came out the winner. Guess we will see in a few months!
