Gummy vitamins/vitamin chews

Oc says these are ok right after surgery. They feel very weird. Anyone take these right after surgery?

I was told to take chewable Flintstones vitamins with iron...been on them for about 3 weeks now. Liked the gummies but they lack iron.

I was told no gummy vitamins because they don't have iron in them. I'm on centrum chewable vitamins the orange tablets. they're the only ones I'm allowed to have.
