HEllo, I am 3 weeks post op and I was wondering if anyone could get all the protein only with regular foods (not protein shakes, or adding protein powder to foods, etc). In the near future I will like to get all or almost all my protein by eating regular foods but I don't know if this is possible or not. Will apreciate some of your experiences and ideas. Thanks,
