internal stitch?

I've got an incision by my belly button that has a little bit of stitch poking out of it. I'm almost 3 weeks post op, had steri strips on the outside incision. Waiting for doc to call back, but was wondering if anyone else had this happen and what they did. I have no pain in the area btw

    I also had this happen, it dissolved but the MD said I could 'snip' it if it bothered me...but please check with your MD.!!!
