I was sleeved in June 2012. I am down 78 lbs., which is awesome. I had shoulder surgery March 28, 2013 and basically sat around for 3 months. I didn't gain anything, but I also didn't lose. Now, I'm still stuck at the plateau that I have been in since March. I haven't gained anything, I'm still at 78 lbs. I've been exercising and eating well (at least I think I have). I do have carbs (blue chips or wraps), but no Pasta or bread or anything. I drink 48 grams of Protein per day, plus the meats/cheeses I eat for the other protein.
I'm not able to use weights just yet as my shoulder still isn't strong enough, but I am doing cardio. It's now been over a year, and most of my weight was lost in the first 8 months post-surgery. Shouldn't I still be losing? My goal weight is still another 80 lbs. away. When I say I haven't lost anything.....I mean anything.
Can any of you tell me what year #2 brings?
Thanks
