Did anyone have stomach spasms and cramps the first few days on the liquid diet after surgery?

    Yes almost everyone has cramps and gas during the liquid stage and even after that stage...Your body is healing and changing and even good food can give you gas as you well know...Gas x strips my help....Just keep your chin up..it gets better with time....K
