light headedness after 5 months?

These past two days I have been incredibly ligh headed every time I stand up, bend down, or turn around fast and my ears have been ringing and feeling "stuffy" I have been trying to get a hold of my doctor cuz I just upped my zoloft (per his request) but I cant tell if its a med thing or if this is a post op thing. I had these same symptoms at some point post op when i wasnt on meds, but for the life of me and I can't remember what the issue was . Im good with vitamins, protien and fluids and havent been congested ie anything. nothing is taking this away. Checked my sugars and bp when its at its worst and all perfect. Anyone else experience this??

I did when I was 6 weeks out and then again about 5 months out. Gatorade and water might help. It sounds like you are dehydrated or have you started a new medication? I just saw your comment on Zoloft. How were you before you upped your meds? Best thing is to contact your doctor. Hang in there. :)
