Everything you're feeling right now is normal. It will get easier to drink normally once you're healed and your stomach isn't swollen. In the meantime, just sip all the time so you stay well hydrated.

Hi guys...do you all do little sips of fluids? It seems like after surgery I could take sips regular..n meds 2 tsp n a drink of water w no problem. Now I have to have little sips or else I feel pressure. Also having a lot of hungrey stomach acid rumbles...make me feel ill.
