  3. That's what I am worried about! The lapband failed me, I do t want to be a two timing failure? What was ur recover including hospital stay? How are w the malabsorption?
  4. Looking for others experience w band revision to a sleeve or better off mini GBP? I have the band and scheduled for sleeve. However I have read about Sleeve revisions to the mini gastric bypass. Don't want to be a double fall! the mini GBP scare me w the malabsorption issue though.

  16. Hi guys...do you all do little sips of fluids? It seems like after surgery I could take sips regular..n meds 2 tsp n a drink of water w no problem. Now I have to have little sips or else I feel pressure. Also having a lot of hungrey stomach acid rumbles...make me feel ill.
  17. Good luck!!! It's scary and still is...a new beginning!! Your surgery tomorrow? Rest and pain meds along with anti-nausea!!! and take lots of little walks around house and backyard when you feel good. Gas-x your new bestfriend lol
  18. HI I was banded 10/11/13...doing good by TR Dr. Nirmul too. I am having a lot of tummy grawling.acid production,,,,no head hungrey...but make my self eat to make the tummy feel better. I had a hernia repair n read to chew tums...the stomach has to get use to the no contents..lost 22ibs from start of pre-op diet

  20. HI guys banded 10/11/13/ Liquids aka water was going down good n meds...however today had protein drinks n pureed soup. I noticed my chest has a pressure and uncomfortable...like I need to burp now after some fluids. I did have a hernia repair. I am walking and walked a half mile tonight. Stomach was growling I mental wasn't hungry so I had a couple sips of protein drink aka muscle milk lite. Trued to sleep but pressure is too bother some. Any insight would be greatly appreciated

  22. HI Looking for AZ bandsters for support and/or questions. I am on day 3 post-up. I have all the expected/norms of post-op. Noticed am really tired and take multiple cat naps. My shakes are going down good. Not feeling hungrey. I knw I need to drink more water.
