feeling discouraged

I am about 3 weeks post op, and I am feeling really discouraged. I am not losing weight the way I thought I would. I lost 13 pounds in the pre op diet, but in the last 3 weeks since my surgery (Sept 19th), I have only lost 10 pounds. What am I doing wrong?
