Protein Powder

I would like to know what is your favorite protien powder?

What do you add it too?

I am not getting in all the Protein and I thought adding a Protein Powder may help. I have noticed the powder is very expensive and I would like your comments to help me from buying the wrong one.

Find someone that has lindora and buy their protein powders n soups lots of protein and very yummy ... Good luckk :)

I can't drink all those protein shakes that are out, no matter what you mix with them and I'm in an area of the Midwest that for some reason doesn't carry much but the chocolate or vanilla shakes. So when I was visiting a friend in North Carolina I found nectar roadside lemonade. It has like 28 grams of protein per serving and you can mix it with water or crystal light lemonade. It tastes great with just water. Not a strong protein taste, just lemonade.

For a change from the sweet flavors and cold drinks, add unflavored protein to chicken or beef broth. The savory flavor is a good change. Unjury has a protein chicken soup mix that's pretty good. I prefer the Unjury protein drinks.

Thank you everyone for the suggestions. My Nutritionist sells the Unjury so I may try some of her samples first. I appreciate the input.
