MULTI vitamin STUCK

Just took my multi. First rime taking a non chewable. Dietician said I was cleared to take them. I cut it in half because its big. STILL GOT STUCK. This sucks :(

I just posted this in another thread.Maybe give these a try?? Got them at walgreens.

Also have bought some vitamins & supplements in "pearl" form. Those do melt and really aren't too big. At least should prevent the stuck feeling. I've found them at Walgreens also.

Thanks to both of u :) looks like ill be making a trip to walgreens tomorrow.

My team recommends chewables for life so vitamins are never an issue. My daily capsule of doxycycline is a different story. I have to drink a lot and stay upright (standing) for at least a half hour or it becomes a painful problem.
