  1. Trying to be helpful, or a know-it-all? From your other posts I would say the latter.
  2. Y'all are doing awesome!
  3. Y'all are doing awesome!
  4. We are all post-op. the name of the thread is the day we had surgery.
  5. It's weigh-in Thursday! HW: 383 CW: 343 Total lost: 40 Lbs.
  6. My mom is 10 years out and still takes chewables.
  7. Mine as well. I stick to chewables. I take a chewable Multivitamin (Walmart brand), Caltrate Plus chewable, CVS brand chewable C and B12, a liquid D3, and a Vitamelt that has Biotin and C for my hair and nails. I take everything twice a day, 12 hours apart.
  8. I had watery diarrhea for the first week and it slowly progressed to firm stool. It turns out artificial sweeteners give me the screaming cheetah-willies so I now avoid them like the plague.
  9. I have been having the sf fudge bars. No problems here, but everyone is different. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
  10. I had my two-week follow-up this Wednesday. My doc said I was doing awesome and that he wanted to see me again before I move. Every day I honestly sit and am overwhelmed by how grateful I am. This surgery would be completely different if it weren't for you gals. It is so wonderful knowing I have a group that are exactly where I am, going through this with me. Thank you all for sticking with the forum!
  11. I am a homemaker, but I have seriously been slacking off since surgery. I am easing back into everything. Today I am headed to my nearest military base so I can arrange to have my household goods moved to our next station.
  12. Hey ladies! I forgot to weigh in! Highest weight: 383 Pre-surgical: 359 Current weight: 348 Total loss: 35 lbs!
  13. I put it through a knife so it was chunky, but if you want it runny pop it in either a food processor with a few drops of water or a blender. Thin it with something like a diluted chicken broth so it won't lose flavor.
  14. I wouldn't do scrambled for a couple of reasons. First, scrambling the egg actually changes the protein structure and may make digestion more difficult. Second, scrambling is generally the unhealthiest cooking method. I did a boiled egg and chopped it with a bit of mustard and a dab of mayo. I won't lie, it was heaven.
  15. Thank you all for validating my weirdness. I can't figure out what I want, hopefully I will soon though. Sent from my iPhone using RNYTalk
