You are going to love it!!! You are at my goal weight! I'm 192.4 now and want to be 140-148! I can't imagine being that weight but I couldn't imagine being 192 either from 268 pounds!

I can 2.25 miles no problem... Really gonna push myself these next couple of months to hit that 3 plus mark!!

That's amazing! I wish I could say that! Lol! I am getting there just gotta keep pushing also! I was surprised at the time I was able to finish. I would love to get to a 12 minute mile. That's my ultimate goal to finish a 5k in 36 minutes so I gotta keep working at it.

How does it feel to be in the 140's? How tall are you and what size do you wear? I'm 5'5 and a size 16 now. Just curious what I'd wear at a 145 pounds. E

I am in size 8's in most things and size 6 in others. Med tops... It feels so good... Considering I started in a size 28 and 4x tops! I am 5'6 - 1/2

I will tell you that as you get closer to goal things start moving inches wise fast!!! I'm trying to maintain now so I don't look sickly

I am running in the jingle bell run. It is to support arthritis foundation. I have RA so it will mean so much to me to be able to run the race this year. With my blue hat on to symbolize I have arthritis.

I have been running a mile for several weeks and I am ready to add to it. I can do a mile in 10.6 right now.

It really depends on your body type. I am at 140 and can wear a size 2 in some pants. I can wear med and smalls in shirts.

Finished my 5th 5k. Best time of 34:50. I was trying for 33 but is was very hot. Came in 271 place out of 722. Running isn't my strong point but it is a challenge!

Mrsallenen that is such an accomplishment I hope I can too one day run a 5 K way to go you look awesome

Congrats! That is a great time. I'm running another one on Saturday!

How'd you train/prep for this? Did you run constant or did you walk to catch your breath?
