pre op class/diet fail

I had my pre op class today. It was so informative. I was told about 2 or 3 weeks ago to lose some weight before now because I was up 6 lbs. I lost 4. I was really excited. I kind of have a guilty conscience, because I did eat cheese and he knew it by the way my liver felt (how weird).
