So here is my situation. I am 6 Weeks out I had my surgery on the 16th of July.... I have only lost 30lbs... Is this normal. I have to admit that I have a hard time getting all the protein in and the water. It's hard like how are you to get all that fluid in in 24hrs and make sure that you eat and still work.... Like I feel like a failure. I thought that the fact that I workout 5 days a week would really increase the weight loss but I feel that I am stuck in a rut....Like is this normal. I know that they say it is based on your body type and the weight that you was at before.. I am very solid..No flab her like really solid. So I feel that the weight loss is going to be slower but not this slow. I just really feel that I am not working....What can I do im lost, depressed, and confused. HEEEEEEEEEEEEEELPPPPP. Someone who has been through this please help.
