Protein shakes, sugar free jello and soup. I was on liquids for the first 2 weeks.

At the one week mark I was able to graduate to purées/mushy. This is what I ate today: scrambled egg with a little cheese, protein shake with frozen peaches blended in, 1oz deli turkey with 1 oz deli Swiss and 1/2 oz avocado blended to purée - looked gross, but tasted divine! Snack of 1T peanut butter off the spoon!

3 weeks liquid, then on to 3 weeks of so foods.

Day 3 to 7 full liquid, 3oz of soup protein shake water broth tea. 8 day to visit Dr 21st day, puréed food, q 2-3 hours. Mashed potato soup puréed chili no beans baby food like I'm not there yet I gave to wait till Saturday but I can't wait! Had tomato juice last night OMG the best tasting thing ever

Kcarr1120 - that purée of avocado turkey and cheese sounds like a winner, I could go for some guacamole or hummus!
