  1. So im a little over two months out weighing in at 187, and im able to eat all the things I was told I would have trouble with, bread, pasta, ect, anyone else like this? Of course i eat it vary rarely, and I wont even dare try fried foods, I dont even want to open that box. Im just worried I can tolerate the foods now but in the future wont be able to.

Im almost two months out and I feel like ive been in a stall for longer than ive lost weight, I was 218 when I came home from surgery and im 192 now, I was worried with how slow ive b3en loosing but my dr is very proud of ny progress, plus when you have a lower startvweight you tent to lose slower, my goal is 135-140 , 50 more pounds but im up for the challenge, you just gotta stick through the stalls and carry on
  3. Oh wow good luck! Im sure you will ve, its hard at first but it quickly becomes easier

  5. Oh ok, it was starting to worry me as if the surgery didnt take full effect or my dr made my pouch too big
  6. So im 1 month out down 19lbs, and still on purreed until my appointment next week, my question is, does anyone not feel full? I only do 2 oz or a little more but I dont really get that full feeling, one time I wasnt paying attention to what I was eating and ate more than im supposed to but didnt feel full ir get sick from it, now ive never done it again but I feel like I shouldn't be able to eat a good bit and not feel anything from it
  7. Thank you! I feel more different than I can tell a difference, and it also helps I fit into clothes I haven't been able to wear in almost 3 yrs lol

  9. Today I reached my first goal at 199! My start weight was 240, Im so happy, After stalling for almost 2 weeks i took a step back and reevaluated myself, didnt weigh myself for a week and now im under 200 my next goal is 175, these are some pics of how I look now, I dont really see a difference but I definitely lost my stomach [ATTACH]4993[/ATTACH] [ATTACH]4994[/ATTACH]
  10. i had my surgery 8/20/13 in a week and a half i lost 16 pounds and now in stuck at 203.2 for the past 5 days, what am i doing wrong? Im doing my cardio and drinking as much water as i can, i just dont get it, i feel like the surgery was a waste :/
  11. Oh no! I was so scared when i tried it at first but i had no reaction to it and i ate it really slowly
  12. So today i had some scrambled eggs, it was so good! im 8 days post op and was SO TIRED of protein shakes, they literally make me gag, im supossed to be on liquids until the 5th but i couldnt take it anymore, and i had no problems when i ate it, thank God! lol
  13. My legs are sore, im not in pain, its not a big sore feeling but I can tell its there, Is this normal? I havent been able to walk as much as ive wanted to, just around my hiuse, gone to the park a couple times and im scared of blood clots, but would blood clots be in both legs
  14. What was everyone eating after 1 week post op? And two weeks?
  15. How bad was the dumping? thats the one thing im scared of
