My doc has never had us count calories. They say eat lean and mean. I believe there are 4 calories to every gram of protein. At this point don't worry about calories. Water and protein are your concer

I'm wondering about how many calories we are suppose to be eating a day now? I'm only two weeks PO and still on full liquids but I still FEEL like I'm "eating" too much! (Can't find it in my papers)
