I started this process October 2011, surgery date was scheduled for October 17, 2012. Got a call 10-16-12 that my insurance changed and I had to do a 6 month weight loss program. I did the 6 months, got my approval, now I'm waiting. My surgery is scheduled for August 22nd and I.CAN'T.WAIT! ???? Any other 8-22's out there???

Thank you! It was hard to pick up the pieces after my first surgery date came and went but I'm determined to make it to the other side.

I went to see him in may I had every thing done by June and the gv me a date in October so I found another surgeon that wasn't booked so far out

Yeah. His partner is on vacation or something and he is alone in his practice now so the dates are far out. Which program did you switch to?
