Heathers Story

My name is Heather and I am 29 years old. I am 3 years post surgery and I'm still a work in progress... Starting weight was almost 300 lowest was 149. Currently I weigh 162.3 I'm struggling because my boyfriend loves the happy non dieting me so he cooks. Size is no matter to him but I'm trying to work on it so as not to undo all of my hard work.I've lost 5.3 pounds this week and hope to keep succeeding. I am working on balancing my weight so I still love life and don't give up on myself

Hey I'm 29 too but am only 2 1/2 weeks post op. before surgery I had this same problem- I had lost 75lbs and then got engaged- I gained it plus more back. It's so easy to let your guard down when you feel so comfortable in a relationship. I know how hard it is not to gain it back. Hopefully your boyfriend understands and will support you with this. You can do it! We are here to help- just remember to put yourself first rather than your relationship. That's hard I know! Keep us posted!!
