Went to the doc. Today !

So I had an appointment with my doctor today, which is a week n a day after surgery , and I lost 15 pounds so sw:238 cw:224 I was soo happy also I got advanced for stage 2 wich is puréed foods so am happy as well, I can change my menu a bit more. :-)

So everything is going great

(I went shopping as soon as I got out n bought tuna , turkey breast , low fat mayo, whipped cottage cheese n that's all I am starting with for now to see how I tolerate It. N also starting at 2 tbs.)

Everything is going to taste sooooooooo good. Just be careful and make sure you take your time eating and chew,chew,chew, chew. I had problems at this stage because I was not chewing my food enough and would dump :(

Wow- dump or get stuck. Don't miss the early days after surgery. Every thing is great now unless I eat dry chicken. Lol!
